Greetings! <shaking hand (paw, whatever *g*)> welcome to my little section of the Furry Lair, the following will tell you a little bit about me, and what it is that I do here on Furry Lair.
First things first I suppose, My name is Alex (you can call me Kizuka, Kimondo, Tarajia, I dunno, pick a character ;) I can remember when I was first told about the opportunity to make a page that was to be like no other at the time, an opportunity to do something new for me. Sure I had made web pages, but they where not that good, and I did not have the money to really put them up anywhere. Then one day, on a message board, a friend told me about the team that was to build this page, and I was invited! I was ecstatic to say the least, and it has turned out to be even more fun that I imagined.
I suppose they chose me because I loved animals so much, they hit that one right on the mark! I have loved nature and wildlife sense the age of 10 or so, in other words, ever sense I was old enough to really experience it.
This project has helped me show a little bit of how I feel for nature I suppose. It has also helped me design web pages, and actually send them up, for other people to see also, which was something that, until now, I was not able to do. And I have enjoyed every second of it. My jobs on the site include such things as proofreading, page editing, general moderating, and general comments and ideas for the site.
Some of my other interests besides nature include web editing (duh), computing (hardware/software, hardware is my strength however), music, and audio (stereos and speaker setups etc..) Oh yes, and I can't forget the fact that I love playing online games, ranging from Flight Sim 2000 and 98, to Quake II and III.
Elaborating on the music a little. I really like all sorts of music to tell you the truth, I do have my favorites however. I really enjoy listening to groups like Enya and Deep Forest. Another great band is "scooter"; a German techno group, whose music is enchanting. To get these and other great songs, I urge you to join the napster music network.
